broken tv torn lampshades
the location was fine.. i could walk to many places.
The tv didn't work . i told the reception, but nobody fixed it. that is not the service i expect from a place like this. also, i noticed some lampshades torn. That surprised me

prime location comfortable bed upgraded room
the location felt special. our room has a large tv and comfortable beds. the mini bar was fully stocked and proved convenient for midnight cravings. tim, at reception, offered an upgraded room, a thoughtful gesture.
the breakfast, while adequate, lacked a certain richness i had hoped for.

i found the location very central. the staff was helpful. the room size was more than ample with clean, luxurious linen. i found the bed comfortable.
the tv stopped working. i informed reception, but it wasn't fixed .
